I love playing about with day to day eye looks, ranging from a very natural look to more of an evening look. After some research, I stumbled across the Naked Eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay a few years ago and since then it has always been a staple in my make-up bag.

My Review

I love this product's versatility and how I can change my look so easily. There is a great range of different shades and a variety of solid and more glittery colours. The solid colours are perfect for creating a solid base and definition around the edges or outer corners. Then I can choose from a selection of sparkly colours and match my sparkle to my mood or what I’m doing each day. I can create looks that look like I’m hardly wearing any eye shadow during the day (but looks great) then I can add a few of the bolder colours easily for a more dramatic look.

I can also use this product all year round. Some products I use may be better in the summer when my skin is more sun-kissed, but the range of colours here means I can chop and change which shades I use to match my skin tone.

The packaging is beautiful, with a rose gold tin case featuring a wave-like design. It’s easy to open (unlike more fiddly eye shadow palettes) and comes with a dual-ended eyeshadow brush, which is great for different parts of the lid.

I apply this eyeshadow early in the morning and it lasts all day, through school runs, dog walks and many more on-the-go activities I get through. I am often amazed when I go to take my make-up off in the evening how good it still looks.

Conclusion

If you are looking for a good all round eye shadow palette then I can’t recommend this one highly enough! I use this almost every day and it lasts me such a long time. The only reason I have had to replace it in the past is because I have overused one or two of the colours, so end up buying a whole new one.
